Two test for my Ibs or acid reflux

Hi everyone anyone miss me, I just realised long time never update here maybe because my mental still blank never remember about it. 

On 9 November I have to do 2 test to see what’s wrong with me. 

 10am: First time to meet this nurse I call her Ms P. First thing she briefing how those thing she will doing on me. 

She said I will do 2 trial first see how it goes ok.

She ask which nose you prefer than I said left due of I sleep on right side. She reply alright let see can or not because we all have two size one side will small and big it’s depends. Well she said urs left small but so far ok still can go in. As normal I 

follow her instructions first must tilt my head than slowly go look down little bit she insert the tube slowly and I need to drink water because need to swallow something to make the first tube go down slowly into my throat as normal my gag a-lot but Ms P very patience with me half way tru I cannot swallow my drink already so she insert slowly by waiting I swallow little bit my saliva. 

Alright now all go in already she asked me to breath in out slowly once I felt fine than laydown slowly. 

Alright Im ready to lay-down flat, this part again not easy U will feel the tube in the throat like want to choked you. 

Ms P asked me to listen her instructions, Im going to insert water slowly inside ur mouth, but you must hold on ur water in your mouth until i count 10 than swallow all in one time again not easy because I have gag so only the second time I pass it. 

Ms P will put little bit water I have to go through that 10 count than swallow it for at least 6 data records. 

After that 10 counts swallow i have to wait another count than can swallow it again even my saliva I cannot swallow if I accidentally swallow that test not count so must restart again. 

Now the count must change to 15 counts than can swallow my water that she gave me follow by hold on again than keep repeat the same. After test all this Ms P want to see how strong my swallow muscle all those and the side of the inner thing ops I forgot what’s it called. 

The next one once she give me water i must swallow fast than count. Keep repeating the same thing than next the last one this one she not force me to do I tried few sip the drink with straw by right 200ml but I only can sip fast half of it only. While after all this test done definitely I vomit alot poor Ms P have to handle me I felt guilty she kept said never mind slowly. 

2nd test after Im fine again. Alright this one the tube tiny little bit than the first one. Again ready myself to have gag again than she said this time just take ur time to swallow ur salive it will go in slowly like just now no need water already. Once all the tube go in I still have the gag little bit so I try control by breathing it but this time if mouth muscles suddenly auto want to swallow my saliva I will definitely want to vomit. So I suddenly control it by hold the saliva in my mouth like how I control the water for the first test. 

Shortcut my story she taught me how to press those monitor button and must update on the schedule paper. Everytime want to eat drink must press the monitor, than if my burping, chestpain and others weakness attack on me must press the triangle shape. She told me all this not waterproof must really take care with it. For ur info about the first test not really easy for me because from count 10 than 15 and last 30 ok. 

Before going back after the 2nd test I still vomit together with after insert the tiny tube until she gave me biscuits so no choice have to press the monitor and record it. She want to distract me for keep vomit she also scared if keep vomit the tube might when off  right. Anyway after one hr rest at there I decide to go home since she going her lunch soon. I went back by mrt instead grab because scared if alone in cab how to handle if mrt something happen im sure alot can help me right. 

Once I reach home I don’t dare to talk scared vomit again. But for I bedrest I try to eat junk food no choice because part of the test again not easy swallow food easy for me but when come to drink not easy the gag sure attack on me so drink slowly than breath in and out drink again but after few mins I start vomit again haiz this part became fatigue already. The whole day I just silent mode crying because not comfortable at all. I just put my hp one side and open music all mix song. 

If I don’t want to feel pain i cannot swallow anything but again my muscles will accidentally swallow my saliva again sorry some of the word disgusting. My body inner very sensitive that’s why too much saliva until want to vomit. Anyway for this test they never numb on us only put lubricant at the first start only so that lubricant taste make me want to vomit I guess. 

At night of course not the best part i keep felt being choked because lay down flat very uncomfortable for me plus those cramp, burping and my left rip pain. The most I dislike the saliva part I need to keep go toilet or use plastic to throw it out very tired about it. Those other weakness I cannot focus already 🙈. 

10 November the day have to go back hospital and pull out the tube back this part still have gag, but I did the fast deep breathing all when smoothly. So Ms P show me all the data what’s going on yesterday. I tell her sorry some half way I update on my phone note so I give all the data slowly to her. She will choose which the best one. She gave me MC and 2 weeks time appointment will be inform again by sms. Ok lah that’s all for today as normal my blog all broken read with patience 👌 🤗..
