Hi you all I’m back, well I don’t know how to start it here it goes sometime I feel regrets last year and even now start to learn drink more water, but end up jadi lain pelik kan. When told doc or anyone they find like merepek my reason, but that the fact seh.🤣 due of this I kena burping nonstop, heartburning and chestpain hard to breathe.
So here it came panic attacked mine experience for the first time one I felt cool every part of my body while yesterday one it gave me new feeling burning heaty every part of my body until felt want to scratch the whole body area.
Well I cannot said much just have to adapt all this new journey don’t worry yes I do have medicine, but again sometime it just hard to control it.
What I just want to say just hope one day I really never give up my ownself because still want to see my girl and ohana well being. May i still stay strong and stronger with all these. Oh ya despite all this thing happened to me I received good news my bff have new family welcome baby boy for them. I do wish to visit them, but with all this virus period the best I hold on to it until they finish confinement day.
