New weakness

I not sure what happened to me is it because of the supplement or because my body shocked i suddenly start to drink more water everyday. Right now im having frequent burping n burningheart plus abdorminal tummy cramp too. I just find regrets when i start to drink more water this burping start suddenly by right i want to drink more for practice my throat to accept it and also for my chronic costipation problem. But u see lah suddenly another weakness came in.

 Actually the truth i not into doc medicine because i someone hard to swollow medicine since small try my best already until cry n vomit too all those also pain for me. Moral of the story i want to go doc just for those machine test scan scope all those just to see any serious or not. If serious no choice I have to accept it be part of my life until close eyes.  But like say nothing serious than i will go by traditional way like those bekam n massage too. I rather take those pain n fever rather eat pil medicine, actually i notice this few days to make my burping stop i must bedrest n cannot put food or drink inside my mouth how i stress you know because 😋. 

So for now i have to adapt eat those plain food only porridge n soup only. Just by the word plain food i already feel better no need to eat wait burping start again keke. Seriously my life very complicated and confuse no idea who can handle me even myself sometime also want to give up many time already have those feeling, lucky because i scared of pain, pill and height so the killself still on hold but again i will never no when will the real give up action will happen. For now i still can control myself by crying only. Thank you for those text me and concern abt me yesterday. Now im resting mode and also keep thinking how to eat thar pill. They not allow to open it at all🤦🏼‍♀️.
